A new hospitality series is set to offer a different perspective on the live music experience this summer.
Co-op Live has announced the launch of Backstage Private Dining, a programme that opens the arenaโs most restricted artist areas to the public for the first time.
Scheduled across 10 dates starting in May 2026, the series allows guests to dine in the dressing rooms used by performers such as Bruce Springsteen and Lady Gaga.
Beyond the novelty of the setting, the initiative serves a charitable purpose; proceeds will support the Co-op Foundation in its work to tackle inequality and support local communities across the UK.
Becci Thomson, Chief Commercial Officer at Co-op Live, said:
โFrom day one, our ambition has been to challenge expectations of what an arena can deliver, and weโre now delighted to introduce a new dimension of premium hospitality at Co-op Live.
โThis collaboration unlocks new creative potential within the venue, offering experiences that have not previously been possible.
โIt reflects our commitment to innovation and meaningful impact within the communities we support.โ
Curated Menus and Entertainment
The experience features menus designed by celebrity chef Simon Rimmer, who will oversee the culinary side of the evening for groups ranging from private pairs to larger parties.
The evenings are designed to combine high-quality food with a behind-the-scenes atmosphere.
Chef Simon Rimmer commented:
โHaving worked with Co-op Live for some time, itโs incredibly exciting to now be involved with this unique series of Backstage Private Dining.
โItโs a rare opportunity to further combine the world-class music venue with exceptional food, and I canโt wait to showcase how these experiences can come to life together, creating truly unforgettable evenings for our guests.โ
Collaborative Design
The series is delivered in partnership with Taylor Lynn Corporation (TLC). Liz Taylor, Founder and CEO of TLC, said:
โOpportunities like this are rare.
โCo-op Live is a venue built for scale, spectacle and ambition, and thatโs exactly how we are approaching these events.
โWhether itโs an intimate milestone celebration or a brand hosting at the highest level, these will be immersive, one-night-only experiences designed to deliver real impact.
โWe are proud to have been chosen to help shape this next chapter, bringing creativity, precision and bold thinking to a space that demands nothing less.โ
Access and Packages
Several tiers of access are available, ranging from three-course meals in artist dressing rooms to packages that include Bentley chauffeur transfers and extended backstage tours.
The most comprehensive option includes access to the adidas Originals recording studio, engineered by Abbey Road.
In addition to this series, TLC has been appointed to produce the venueโs official Summer Party this June to mark its second anniversary.
Due to the limited nature of the dates and the unique access provided, demand for the dining series is expected to be high, you can enquire here.
