This June, Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is raising a glass to father figures with a curated experience that combines world-class spirits with one of Manchester’s most celebrated dining traditions.
In an exclusive partnership with Jameson Irish Whiskey, the hotel is hosting an afternoon of guided tastings, premium storytelling, and award-winning Sunday roasts on 21 June 2026.
Designed for true enthusiasts, each intimate session is limited to just eight guests, ensuring a personalised journey through the Jameson portfolio.
Led by expert brand ambassadors, the experience begins with a refreshing Jameson, Ginger & Lime on arrival.
Guests will then explore the nuances of four distinct whiskeys: the classic Jameson Original, the rich and smoky Jameson Black Barrel, the single-pot still elegance of Green Spot, and the multi-award-winning Redbreast 12.
As a final touch, every participant will receive a limited-edition Jameson-branded Old Fashioned glass to add to their home collection.

After the 45-minute masterclass, guests are invited to take their seats in the stunning Refuge dining room for a full Sunday roast experience.
Renowned for serving one of the city’s finest traditional roasts, the hotel ensures this Father’s Day is as delicious as it is memorable.
While the tasting sessions are tailored for smaller groups, the celebration is open to the whole family.
