Authentic Italian restaurant group San Carlo is proud to continue its support for Maggie’s, which provides the best possible free support to people with cancer and their families.
As part of its ongoing fundraising efforts, San Carlo is hosting an exclusive Supper Club at Fumo Manchester, “A Taste of Puglia”, taking place on Thursday, 30th April at 6:30 pm.
Set in the elegant upstairs space of Fumo, this intimate event will feature a specially curated four-course dining experience, showcasing the rich flavours of Puglia.
Guests will enjoy a selection of traditional dishes, including focaccia with tomatoes and olives, nodini with capocollo, and orecchiette with cime di rapa served from a Parmesan wheel.
As well as roasted lamb cutlets with herbs and potatoes, and a classic Pasticciotto Pugliese dolci to round off the evening.
Each course will be complemented by expertly paired wines, alongside a welcome cocktail on arrival.
