SpudBros Bring Viral Loaded Jacket Potatoes To Trafford Centre This Summer

  • July 13, 2026
  • By Editor - Elliot Thompson

The UK’s viral jacket potato sensation SpudBros is heading to Manchester this summer, with a week-long pop-up set to open at Trafford Centre.

Running from 18 to 25 July, the hugely popular creators will serve their famous loaded jacket potatoes from a specially designed pop-up outside The Great Hall, giving shoppers the chance to try the social media sensation without leaving Greater Manchester.

Known for attracting millions of views online thanks to their generous toppings, speedy service and larger-than-life personalities, the SpudBros pop-up will be open daily from 12 pm until 8 pm throughout its one-week stay.

Trafford Centre Welcomes Viral Food Favourite

Visitors can expect a menu packed with the brothers’ signature creations, including the Tram Classic, topped with garlic butter, the brand’s three-cheese blend, baked beans, crispy onions and its famous Tram Sauce.

Another standout is the Spudfather, which comes loaded with chilli con carne, tuna and coleslaw, while customers can also build their own jacket potato by choosing from a wide selection of toppings.

The pop-up has been designed to offer freshly prepared jacket potatoes in minutes, making it an ideal stop for shoppers looking for a quick lunch or meal during a day at the Trafford Centre.

To celebrate opening day, SpudBros has also hinted that some early visitors could be rewarded with special surprises, although details are being kept under wraps.

Co-founder Jacob Nelson said:

“Manchester is by far the most requested location we’ve had since we started sharing our journey online.

“It’s a city that has always seemed to elude us despite the incredible demand, so bringing SpudBros to the Trafford Centre feels particularly special.

“Both Harley and I grew up visiting Trafford Centre, so to now be bringing the tram here for a week-long pop-up is a genuine full-circle moment.

“We’re excited to give people in Manchester a taste of what we do, whether they’ve followed our journey from the beginning or are discovering us for the first time.”

One Week Only For Manchester Shoppers

The arrival of SpudBros forms part of Trafford Centre’s summer programme, with the pop-up launching on the same day as the centre’s annual summer fair.

That means visitors can combine rides, shopping and one of the UK’s most talked-about street food brands all in one trip.

Simon Layton, Centre Director at Trafford Centre, said:

“At Trafford Centre, we’re always looking for new and exciting brands that enhance the visitor experience, and SpudBros is a fantastic example of this.

“The pop-up reflects our commitment to introducing innovative food and beverage concepts that create a real sense of excitement and encourage repeat visits.

“We’re delighted to welcome SpudBros to Trafford Centre this summer and look forward to seeing shoppers enjoy the experience.”

The SpudBros Trafford Centre pop-up opens on Friday 18 July and will remain at the shopping centre until Friday 25 July, serving its famous loaded jacket potatoes every day from 12pm to 8pm.
