Manchester Cocktail Week is set to kick off in spectacular style this summer with an exclusive launch party at Sexy Fish Manchester on 3 July 2026, as Spinningfields and St. John’s officially partner with the festival.
Home to some of Manchester’s most celebrated bars and restaurants, Spinningfields and St. John’s will play a central role in this year’s event, with a host of venues across both neighbourhoods taking part in the 10-day city-wide celebration.
Bringing together some of the city’s leading hospitality names, drinks brands, media, influencers and cocktail enthusiasts, the glamorous opening night celebration will mark the start of the festival.
It returns from 3 to 12 July 2026 with hundreds of exclusive cocktails, events and experiences across Manchester.
The celebration, which is sponsored by Casamigos, will also be open to members of the public holding a wristband, reflecting organisersโ belief that it is the guests who create the atmosphere and spirit of Manchester Cocktail Week.
Guests can expect a programme of Sexy Fish-style entertainment, alongside Sexy Fish’s ‘The Coral’ available to wristband holders.
The evening will also feature a selection of entertainment and party surprises, all set within one of Spinningfieldsโ most exciting venues.
Sexy Fish, renowned for its striking interiors, cocktails, food and high-energy atmosphere, offers a fantastic setting for the launch event.
The venue promises an immersive backdrop, making it the ideal location to open the programme, setting the tone for what is expected to be the largest and most exciting edition of Manchester Cocktail Week to date, bringing together industry talent and guests.
Sexy Fish will be serving โThe Coralโ Margarita throughout Manchester Cocktail Week, which launched globally last month.

The unique serve combines a specialised and delicate balance of Casamigos Blanco, Yuzushu, Lime Juice, Briottet Mandarine Liqueur, Wasabi Tincture, Agave syrup and watermelon, muddled.
The cocktail will be priced at ยฃ7 for wristband holders.
